Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
MANDATORY: Access to real-money gaming on 3jlq is restricted exclusively to persons who are 21 years of age or older. This is a binding requirement under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Any person who is under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited from registering an Account or placing any real-money wagers on the 3jlq platform. By registering, you confirm under penalty of account closure that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
3jlq performs mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Players who cannot produce a valid Philippine government-issued identification document confirming they are 21 years of age or older will be prohibited from completing withdrawals, and their accounts may be suspended pending verification.
2.2 Eligible Players
To register and maintain an Account on 3jlq, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
- Be at least 21 years of age;

- Not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of 3jlq or its affiliated entities, or a member of the immediate family of any such person;

- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
- Not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
2.3 Account Registration
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the 3jlq platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or collusive accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account details promptly should any of your information change.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
3jlq is required by PAGCOR to conduct Know Your Customer identity verification on all Accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), UMID Card, Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, and PhilHealth ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal restrictions being placed on the Account.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 3jlq will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify 3jlq immediately through customer support if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.2 Account Currency
All Account balances on 3jlq are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are processed in Philippine Pesos unless expressly stated otherwise by 3jlq in writing.
3.3 Dormant Accounts
An Account shall be considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. 3jlq reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to such accounts following written notice to the email or mobile number registered on the Account. The dormancy fee shall not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting 3jlq's customer support and completing any required reverification steps.
3.4 Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your 3jlq Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled, all pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you. Bonus Balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Pesos One Hundred (₱100). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made through GCash, Maya, and other e-wallet channels are typically credited to your 3jlq Real Money Balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation. 3jlq does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their standard transaction charges. You are responsible for verifying that your intended deposit amount has been correctly credited before commencing play.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the same name as your verified 3jlq Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances, as required by PAGCOR's AML guidelines. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) business day. 3jlq reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal that it deems requires enhanced due diligence.
Important: KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification. This is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement that applies to all licensed operators, including 3jlq.
4.4 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your 3jlq Account without first attempting to resolve the matter through 3jlq's customer support constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3jlq reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold all balances pending investigation, and pursue recovery of any funds reversed through chargeback proceedings.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Promotions") offered by 3jlq are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual Promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a Promotion and these general Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that Promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All Bonus Balances are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific Promotion terms. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant Promotion terms. Failure to satisfy Wagering Requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings generated from it.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
3jlq reserves the right to void any Promotion and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion, providing false information to qualify for a Promotion, or colluding with other Players in connection with a Promotion.
5.4 Promotion Changes
3jlq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing Promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to Wagering Requirements on active Promotions already claimed by Players will not be applied retroactively without the Player's consent.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
6.1 RNG Certification
All games available on the 3jlq platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness and statistical randomness. 3jlq's RNG systems are subject to ongoing compliance review as required by PAGCOR's technical standards for licensed online gaming operators.
6.2 Game Rules
Each game available on 3jlq is governed by individual game rules accessible within the respective game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game result and 3jlq's server records, the server record shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes.
6.3 Malfunctions

7.1 Player Protection Tools

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified continuous duration.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your access to gaming features for a period of your choosing without closing your Account.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3jlq platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 3jlq platform without the express prior written consent of 3jlq.
Limitation of Liability
Please read this section carefully. It limits 3jlq's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform.
10.1 Platform Availability
3jlq strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 3jlq's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 3jlq shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime or unavailability.
10.2 Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jlq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the 3jlq platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 3jlq has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Player Responsibility
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that 3jlq's games are provided for entertainment purposes. 3jlq does not guarantee any winnings. You are solely responsible for your wagering decisions and for the management of your Account balance.
Privacy & Data Protection
3jlq collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. The manner in which 3jlq collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data is described in detail in the 3jlq Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering an Account on 3jlq, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, and the provision of personalised gaming services.
Amendments & Termination
12.1 Amendments
3jlq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 3jlq will provide reasonable advance notice to Players through the email address or mobile number registered on the Account, or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 3jlq platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
12.2 Termination by 3jlq
3jlq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or other applicable law. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance (net of any amounts subject to active investigation) will be returned to the Player through their registered payment method.
Governing Law & Disputes
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between you and 3jlq arising from your use of the platform, you should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting 3jlq's customer support, providing full details of your complaint. 3jlq will endeavour to resolve all player complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal support process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels, as 3jlq operates under PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
13.3 Jurisdiction
Subject to the dispute resolution process described above, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes outlined herein.
